This provides a few extras for hosts and any last-minute attendees. Our package options cater to events of all sizes, whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale event.
All rentals include three channels and an LED Color Changing Keypad.
Step 2: Choose your delivery method:
A) Pickup/Dropoff from our NYC/NJ Locations:
You can pick up and drop off your headphones from our location in NYC all year round or summer pop-up location in Deal, NJ.
Please contact us to schedule a pickup/drop off appointment so we can properly coordinate with our team and provide all the necessary information to execute a smooth experience.
B) Ship to your Doorstep USA Only:
We’ll ship it to your doorstep! Just follow the tracking number and get ready to party!
Renting silent disco headphones is easy and convenient. Once you’ve selected your rental package and completed the booking process, our team will promptly prepare your order for shipping. Your silent disco headphones will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified location in time for your event, including all accessories and supplies needed. When your rental period is over, simply repack the headphones in the provided packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our return process is hassle-free, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event without worrying about the logistics. If you have any questions or need assistance at any point during the rental process, our dedicated customer service team is here to help. C) Delivery & Setup NYC/NJ Only:
By choosing this option, our Official Silent Disco team will handle delivery and setup, ensuring that your silent disco is ready to go when the party starts.
We’ll work with you to coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. If you choose our delivery and setup option, we also offer additional add-on options to enhance your event.
Delivery & Setup: When we arrive at your event and complete setup, you have the option to connect your own audio devices and manage the music, hire your preferred DJ, utilize our DJ services, or let us curate a customized playlist just for you.
Party Time: Once everything is set up, it’s time to let loose and dance the night away! Our silent disco headphones provide crystal-clear sound quality and comfortable wear. Our team will be onsite throughout the event for assistance and maintenance, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests.
Teardown & Pickup: After the event, our team will collect all the headphones and other equipment, taking care of teardown and cleanup so you can continue enjoying every moment with your guests

A) Returning the rental equipment is easy! If you chose our shipping option, then we have included a prepaid return label under the original shipping label. Please replace the labels and drop off the equipment at your nearest shipping center. B) If you chose our Pickup/Dropoff option, you may drop off the equipment at our designated location in Brooklyn, NY or Summer pop-up location in Deal, NJ.
